Yes. A security deposit is required to reserve and secure your space. Deposit amounts and move-in requirements will be provided before signing your agreement.

Our spaces include access to shared salon amenities, Wi-Fi, utilities, comfortable client areas, security features, and more. Amenities may vary depending on whether you lease a private suite or styling station.

Yes! Zen offers both private salon suites and individual styling stations, allowing you to choose the setup that best fits your business and budget.

We welcome licensed beauty professionals including hairstylists, braided, makeup artists, lash technicians, and estheticians.

No. Zen was intentionally designed to offer a more intimate salon environment. Our limited number of professionals creates a calmer, less crowded atmosphere for both you and your clients.

Rent is conveniently processed through automatic weekly payments, so there’s no need to manually submit your payment each week. A valid payment method must remain on file for the duration of your lease.

Yes! Private suites may be shared with up to two beauty professionals per suite. Both professionals must be approved by Zen and follow all salon policies and licensing requirements.
